We do our best to disclose any notable flaws, measurements, or condition details in each listing — please review these carefully before purchasing.

3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (shipping address, payment details, contact information) is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing/listing.

4. Sales Policy
All sales are final. Due to the unique, secondhand nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

5. Shipping
Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
