Group Nine sells secondhand, vintage, and pre-owned items. All products are sold as-is, based on the condition described and photographed at the time of listing. Because these are used items, they may show signs of wear consistent with their age — this is expected and not considered a defect.

Sales Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of secondhand and vintage goods, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except where required by applicable law.

Statutory Rights
Nothing in this notice affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. If you are a consumer based in the EU/EEA or UK, you may have a legal right to a cooling-off period or remedy for goods that are faulty or not as described, regardless of our stated sales policy. Please contact us if you believe your item arrived significantly different from its description or damaged in transit.
